Had Butterfly chicken at Nando's then Watermelon when I got home. Got a bit Carried away with the watermelon and ate approx 3/4 of it, in one sitting, by myself inside 15 mins...

A delicious Southwest-style chicken sandwich. Sooooooo good, I managed to eat the whole thing. I'm sure it's doing wonders for my waistline/displacement.

I've been to a local butchers. It's pretty famous around the West Midlands as it was the first organic butchers. I've got some thick pork chops for dinner and the dog is gnawing on a large T bone.
