Took advantage of the weather and went for a ride with my dad for a couple of hours around north Warwickshire/Staffs area. Roads were lovely. Same again tomorrow methinks.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Tried out a new guitar tonight.....some frickin' Paul Stanley signature thing....not impressed...it's an awkward shape just to be awkward, and tries to copy the original Ibanez PS model...another PITA to play...it was a very nice 'box' (or 'axe' if you are retarded)...but TBH I can't really be bothered with anything other than an LP...always been my first choice for pretending I can play....I guess sometimes it pays to remind yourself of why you made the right initial choice.
Who wants a guitar with someone else's name on it anyway???

Getting ready to go to Guildford tonight where I am the guest speaker
It is better to arrive 30 seconds late in this world than 30 years early in the next

Hospital this morning for a follow up X-ray on my "bionic" hips, back off to work this afternoon, at least it's not the 4am start I've had for the last 3 days.

What's up with the hips, G??Deegee wrote:Hospital this morning for a follow up X-ray on my "bionic" hips, back off to work this afternoon, at least it's not the 4am start I've had for the last 3 days.
N'er had any probs with mine...except from excessive "interest" when I've been 'wanded', which is fun for Spinal Tap moments.
Used to 'hurt' when it's getting ready to rain for some reason....can't explain it, it just aches a bit beforehand...the drop in pressure or something??

Nothing at all wrong with them Daz, it was just a routine check up - it's nearly 3yrs since I had the second one done and over 6yrs since the first, and to be honest I should've had them done 4yrs earlier, but that's life.

Good news indeed DG,
Are they comfortable yet.!

What I've been doing today,: I've been painting the roof of my Pole Barn.
.......And before you ask again Kwacky; No I still don't have any Polish people in it.
