Episode 3 of Extant. I'm sticking with it for a couple more episodes. I'm kind of interested but it's not gripping drama.

Back from seeing Guardians of the Galaxy
It's ok. More for the kids. Entertaining enough but the usual story of some people getting together to see off a bad guy. If you're going to do a basic story then the story telling needs to be really good. I got the impression it's a launch film for a host of follow on films.

That's what Mrs G booked us in for last night, couple of funny moments - especially the Jackson Pollock joke, but I thought the same as Kwacky, it's the pilot for something else and/or a link to the Avengers Assemble bad guys. Was going to watch Rush hour 3, but turned over and saw the Chinese historical art prog instead, very interesting, thoroughly enjoyed it.
