It's all about usability IMO. These new bikes with a good electronics package make 200bhp available to riders of lesser ability than before.

I'm going to take a couple of these rocketships out for a test ride when the roads warm up.

I remember watching bsb and wsb when a highly tuned racebike gave out a wopping 160bhp,I thought that power was crazy. Now we have road bikes with 200bhp and every trick in the book fitted
Be good to hear your reports on your test rides

I think the power of the most powerful of modern bikes is such that they need TC to keep them rideable.

Bear in mind that TC only cuts in when the rider has given the rear wheel more power than it has available grip.

Very nice. Defo a set of tyres, those mismatching tyres would drive me mad. That supercorsa up front is a brave choice in this weather lol. M7rr would be my choice too but not tried em yet.
How was the mri? I have visions of them injecting too much dye and turning you green for some reason :D

Neither have I but after kwacky's and d6nutz's reports I'm looking forward to trying them

The MRI was annoying the nurse's did not turn any music on which does not sound like much but 20mins of loud banging and not being able to move.

They injected the dye in my hand by getting me to Lay down on an X-ray machine. then marked my hand put a needle in then wiggled it round till it was in the right place continually check the position on a portable screen. There was a lot of wiggling. Then they injected the dye by this time I was looking away and my hand felt like it was going to blow up not pain full just weird. My hand felt like some one had strapped led to it .

I may have a set of Dunlop GP racers for sale Rocket if your interested ? In medium front and endurance rear compounds. I have used them on the road on the Blade at least 2 sets and absolutely stonking tyres. Had them to go on the blade when returned from last years euro trip but sold the blade with tyres as was and don't really need them as the ten came with new tyres.
The rear is brand new never fitted and the front is a scrub with loads of tread came of a bike which only used for a couple of sessions. Plus if you collected my tyre man is cheap and careful he will fit both for £20.
