Re: Mr Postman
Not quite a postman but my mate came round to watch the GP last night and brought Ride3 round with him for me to make use of in my current condition - it will be interesting to see how much quicker I can go now I know the real portimao

Re: Mr Postman
I ordered some hens teeth but they were out of stock so they sent me the next rarest thing, two tickets for the Manchester derby
Taking my youngest to his first derby game at Old Trafford
To say he is pleased is an under statement. He was genuinely speakless for about 5 minutes after telling him. Bless him

Re: Mr Postman
Cheers lads
I 've never seen him speechless, but for 5 minutes after telling him he sat still with a shocked, mouth wide open face and just nodded at questions we asked him
I'm not sure who was happier tbh, him, or me for making him that happy, and seeing his reaction

Re: Mr Postman
It's not a proper Derby unless the police shut all the pubs, make you play at midday on a Sunday and there's hundreds of old bill marching you to and from the game
Enjoy the day mate.

A large pry bar, 1350mm long and it weighs a ton, fingers crossed it doesn’t bend like it’s predecessor.

Not really, every now and again I need one, and nothing else will do, I bought a cheaper one over a year ago, but it isn’t strong enough for the job, this one is CV steel 22mm square, can’t see it bending, but time will tell.Blade wrote:Big Job ???Deegee wrote:A large pry bar, 1350mm long and it weighs a ton, fingers crossed it doesn’t bend like it’s predecessor.

A new number plate & a new seat cover for the 660 , the number plate on it is so illegal and the seat is faded badly.

A pair of KYB front springs for the car, I have all the gear and some idea of how to fit such things but hate it. Ah well, better get on with it.

Re: Mr Postman
I ordered a double helmet kit shelf from m&p, a package arrived yesterday... Two single helmet shelves... Not quite the same.
Phoned up and the guy was very good, said they were out of stock (despite what the web site says), apologised as they should have called before sending an alternative, then offered to send a returns label FoC.
