That'll be from the mid-'70s Blondie, Duke.
The orig. song was "Once Had A Love", & went through a ton of changes/versions until they disco'ed it up for the version that was a hit. Probably a good thing....the original demo sounded really er....'different'.

Released 43 years ago today.
