Very nice mate.Rob wrote:A new lid - HJC RPHA 10+ Lorenzo Replica
My Snetterton dismount cracked the last one in a few places. Went with the same one again, comfy, lightweight, and looks the biz (in my opnion) . Managed to get for £260 which I think is a bargain for a top of the range lid.

Re: Mr Postman
Reading about the electronic fuel cap it sounds like it doesn't work all the time or a bit hit & miss at best and that would do my head in even more as they are £200 +, ive had keyless fuel caps in the past so will get used to it.duke63 wrote:Two answers to this probelm, Kingfixer.
Firstly Ducati make an electronic fuel cap that opens and closes with proximity of the key. Not cheap but works well.
Or buy a blank basic key from Ducati and have it cut to match. Then put it on a lanyard round your neck. Also doubles up as a key for the panniers/topbox too then. Makes it very difficult to lose/leave the main key as you can just zip it into your jacket pocket and leave it there. This is what i did.
The fuel cap shown above didn't fit anyway

Re: Mr Postman
Not put it on yet mate, it's nice carbon and I'm tempted to ring powerbronze this morning and see if they'll change the hugger to carbon so all the back end of the bike, the seat unit the hugger and the chain guard will all be carbon and keep the front of the bike, the mudgaurd and the new bellypan in the shiny black.Blade wrote:Nice one Bratty does it look good on the bike.

Re: Mr Postman
I've spoke to powerbronze and they've let me change the order so the new hugger is carbon to match the chain guard, just had an email of parcel force to say it's on the way happy days.

I won't be getting nowt but bills, but I'll be sending out a care-package to some UK troops today....sommit I do once in a while, and sommit I'd encourage everyone else to do......just simple stuff - crisps, candy bars, cookies, t-shirts, etc.....just fill up a shoe-box.

More flyers from Ukip, labour and conservatives for our local election. Even had a guy knock on the door being really pushy canvassing for votes, got very short shrift and disappeared with a flea in his ear.
