keeping it simple
change the exhaust as I hate the look of the cat and the akrapovic is too loud with a decat.
Quick shifter
Gearing

Translogic seem to be the qs to go for according to zx10r forum
Gearing is a must it's stupidly over geared as standard ,I'm still running the oem bt 016s they seem fine for the road
When you picking it up ? Be interested to know how it compares to your gsxr thou

Re: Perks zx10r review
A 53.80 lap Rutter did around Mallory on Johnny Mac's long termer zx10r with the ohlins Mechatronic. That's exactly the same as the best time Rutter has done on any bike around Mallory. For info the other 53.80 lap was done on a 2015 BMW S1000RR which was quicker than a 1299s and a 2015 R1 on the same day.

They dont use the Gerrards Chicane for the PB tests as they are done on the Wednesday afternoon open pit track days.D6 wrote:Wont rutters race times be using the chicane on gerrards though which would add quite a few seconds

Re: Perks zx10r review
Best there is and definitely the future for sportsbikes.
All the reviews I have read have rated the Ohlins to be a better product than the Sachs suspension fitted to BMW'S.
I'm sure you will love the shock Perks it transforms the bike.

Re: Perks zx10r review
Just guessing Perkles, but that loom with the bare wires just looks like an extra if your bike doesn't have the plugs and you have to hardwire it in? From what Blade was saying about fitting it, I'd say the ZX10R does have the plugs.. pure speculation on my part though, but I'm sure Blade would've mentioned having to splice in to the loom.
