Sauerkraut, Nürnberg sossies, bread and senf. With beer of course.

Aubergine and tomato cappellacci.

2 chocolate weetabix. Later off to a place called cleaver for mine and my partners anniversary, think we've been together for 8 years now! Haha

I had plain porridge and a banana for breakfast, and I just had a lovely, healthy protein shake.

I miss bacon.

Are you on a diet then?

I love bacon.....

I'm taking care of what I eat, cos I spend quite a lot of time in the gym.

Saturday mornings, I still have bacon sarnies.

I go to the gym but eat like a slob. It's a happy balance I can live with.

Last fish and chips for the swing.

4 more days! Looking forward to my first drink of the New Year!

Last night I went to a restiramt called Cleaver, it's basically rustic American style food. I was watching the dishes come out 2 little boys had a rack of ribs each, they were almost as big as them so in true Rossgo nature I had to sample the ribs...I had a bowl of ribs as a starter (that both me and my missus shared) omdz they loterlaly fell off the bone

As my main course I had burger and chips, the meat was lovely I couldn't get my mouth around it so it went all over the place. God it was embarrassing haha!!

Pudding...nothing I was stuffed [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH AND SMILING EYES]

I had porridge when I first got up.

Now Mrs K is cooking me second breakfast.

I had a Toby Carvery last night it was fab I was stuffed afterwards
