Kwacky in my opinion crash bungs will only save for the small spills anyway so personally think the 'No-Cut' sliders are fine. They do make some nice kit

New brake pads ordered. Gone for the MRR as I prefer those to the MF which I find to be a bit too soft.

Also got the crash bungs and engine covers from T-Rex Racing. Looks like really good kit.

Thinking of possibly getting those myself Kwacky.

Only think that put me off tbh is mileage isn't great I heard or is that wrong ?

The MRR? I use them on the zx6r. I fitted them in June 2014 and i used the bike for another 6 months but didn't really use it in 2015 until about August.

I reckon they've done about 6,000 miles with a track day thrown in. There is loads of life left in them.

What sort of bite do these brake pads give you Kwacky, are they progressive or strong initial bite?

Strong initial bite. The MF are more progressive.

6000 miles? I get 2 trackdays which is about 200 miles max?! Hahaa..

In fairness, the rear pads have over 28,000 miles on it ;)

Swapped from the MF to the MRR Bendix pads.

There was a fair amount of life left in the MF pads but I've never really bonded with them. I prefer the initial bite you get from the MRR pads.

Most of the baffling is done in the cat which is slung under the bike before the link pipes. I've seen a Youtube clip of one of these bikes running with no cans on and it's still not very loud.

Oh you have a secondary silencer like on the ZX6R?

In that case it will sound lovely.

Just an FYI the cat is in the headers if anything like the ZX6R, the box is just a silencer. A big, heavy but very efficient and effective silencer !!!
