Nah if I'm on a bike I need something nimble but must admit a GS, vfr or k1300s would be a nice addition to the garage.

Have you ridden on these before Blade? Asking as it an option for the track bike I was looking at, they are a race control tyre here so plenty with just a few laps on them for cheap. The only thing I was concerned about is I've heard you have to set up the suspension specifically for these tyres due to there unique construction.

Had at least 3 pairs and loved them, highly recommended.

You can run very low pressures on track for extra grip but if you go medium compound front and endurance rear they are fine on the road, with no need for warmers and give decent mileage.

I could easily get 3-4 track days and plenty of roads miles, probably 2-2.5 thousand in total between road and track miles together.

They are a very stiff construction to enable you to run low pressures (26 Psi hot on track is what I used) so you feel every ripple on the road. You could soften the suspension of to deal with it though.

Did a 100 miles with it today so not a total ass breaker of a ride but you could tell the difference. A very worthwhile mod and one I will probably fit to all future bikes as it makes a huge difference to the enjoyment of the bike.
