RBF660 Fluid and SBS DC pads for me.. Stopping from VMAX at Portimao, braking downhill into turn 1 and numerous times I was on the front wheel alone, lap after lap of abuse and no overheating. These DC pads do not get to temperature on the road and are frankly dangerous. If they do get heat into them it's just as you begin to trail brake which is lethal!
That sort of abuse would ruin Brembo SC in 1 - 1.5 days.
That said, Brembo SC are my favourite pad BUT they're too expensive. I'd use SBS RS for road riding.

I got a set of SC pads for £12 more than the cheapest set of RS pads Cav. Buy them in Italy not the UK

I used to buy them from Italy and that's how I got them under £140 for the front end.Best ever price was £120.
SBS RS are usually £60 and DC are £75. DC lasts at least twice as long as the Brembo SC so they're about 4x cheaper for me. With that saving there's no contest over which I'm buying for track use.

I pay 55 for RS and 67 for SC.
I only ride on the road so SC last quite well.

For those prices I would do the same as you, Blade. SC pads are great.
Ooooh only about 10 years too late but glad they're finally playing the game

Email received back from Triumph dealer and no recalls on my bike
Had an email back from the Italian Supplier I used for aftermarket Brembo brake pads and he said it was fake news and I can feel comfortable
