correct.
It's the HT version of the Bonneville 1200 engines (HT standing for High Torque. There is also HP - high power on the thruxton)
However it's been tuned for even more torque lower down for extra grunt.

Must confess i think this is a neater job. The Triumph looks as though its heavily aimed at the US market.

No matter what badge is on it, that's a great looking bike. That grey colour always suckers me in. Tank is a work of art.
