Brilliant day for it mate.. wet in the morning and dried up quite quickly.

Loads of bikes there mate, just queueing up to overtake me ! ;) There were 15-20 bikes per group - so quiet there

Fwiw your body positioning is much better than gixer man, hence he's having to work harder for the same corner speed and giving it the "foggy eyes" as per Kwacky's post.

That's body position though, doesn't necessarily translate to laptimes. The guy on the gixxer (okay it was a 1000) was 0.25 seconds faster than me on a 1m03 lap. He had a lot more he could improve on than I could.. he'd easily get sub-1m01 whereas I'll struggle to get a 1.01.5 seconds

Either way, I want a race bike !!
