very tempted by this, mrs is off on school hols too so she could tag along. It's not cheap though.
Also, slight issue in that i don't have a track bike (yet anyway). I could put some track fairings on the S1k i guess.
hmmm but I do have a year almost to sort everything I guess...

Open pit lane. I think it's limited to 40 bikes so there will be loads of space on and off the track.

No the Beemer track fairings are in the loft, along with a set of CBR600 track fairings lol.
It crossed my mind to put the seat unit on the S1R and take that to Jerez...
If anyone is thinking of booking and holding off, until closer to the time, i think you may be disappointed. BBS TD's book up very quickly.

Speaking to Gary this afternoon, there are some places still left for Jerez if you are interested.
Almeria is full.

Thought I would start looking into flights.
Only London flights I can get direct to jerez airport are with Ryanair and they appear to stop flying their mid October which is a pain.
Looked at surrounding airports to Jerez and I can get a return to Gibraltar (only 1hr15 min drive to Jerez circuit) for £130 return which is pretty cheap. Have been reading up on getting across the border into Spain (and vice versa) and that it can sometimes take a few hours to do. Anyone had experience of this?
Next option is to Seville but no decent prices on that yet.

Malaga is another option.
Gibraltar can be a real pain. The Spanish can shut the border as and when they feel like it. It depends what mood they're in.

I have crossed from Spain into Gibraltar and back again and never had a problem even though rumours of huge ques it didn't take long at all. Can't remeber how long but certainly not an issue when we did it.
