Not this time. We've got a nearby bakery but the guy who runs it does Jamaican food in his spare time. You get what he cooks. It's proper home made stuff.

Love Jamaican food, especially the little patties and Jerk pork, sadly though the salt fish and ackee fruit is not to my taste.

I do like a bit of Ladies Fingers too. When I lived in London I used to go to Notting Hill Carnival every year just for the food.

Soft food... today was at a gastro-pub and ordered the tortellini exceptionally overcooked so that I could eat it without chewing... another week of eating like this courtesy of my impacted wisdom tooth being evicted.

Eating rubbish while at work. Fizzy pop (which I never have unless out, and I never go out!), yorkie rasin and biscuit (which is the dogs nuts in my opinion) and Smokey bacon crisps!!
