Heatwave for the next few days or so, so I'll be hiding indoors....any cycling I had in mind is pretty much off the table for the time being.

An amazing gig as well. Played some bangers, then did a 3 song encore of punk style numbers

Cycling. Short road ride today....it's a bit hot here, and it's only going to get hotter as the week progresses, apparently...so I need to get out ASAP.

It's a day off. Haircut then brunch with my daughter. Not sure about this afternoon.

Not cycling.
Two flat tyres before I even left the house. Spent an age trying to fix one tube, then another, then another, then another, etc.
It dampened my enthusiasm somewhat...I'll stay home and try again tomorrow.

I've been to a fish shop to get some amano shrimp.

Going to see my dad later on.

Then off to a gig this evening. Ty Segall. I've never heard of him. My mate wanted someone to go with.

Cycling. 20 miles, but it was a wee bit hot & I'm now a wee bit knackered.

Taking two mountain bikes apart, swapping parts around, putting them back together, and voila! - I've created two clusterfcuks.

Had the day off. I was hoping to get out but the weather was crap. I went for coffee and cake with Mrs K.

Popped round to see my mate and my god son. It's his 16th at the weekend so I thought it was time to get him a card and present.

More cycling. Hot as fcuk....was shattered at 15 miles, praying for Armageddon at 20. Not a good day for me today.
I'll "probably" try again tomorrow with a quick 10-miler, see if I can get my legs spinning like they should be.

Office move today, barely planned, went shit, but we did it.

Yes.. 2nd week back. It was hard and I didn't feel ready but bit the bullet. Work are being really good about it but I'm still struggling and still waiting for therapy

I'm not subscribed to view the Political posts but I'll just say that my household voted yesterday. We voted to remove Rishi and the clowns of 14 years and it worked. I just hope things don't get any worse now and I will go back to voting for my beliefs.

In other news, it's raining and I got wet.
