Re: What you watching?
Hahaha never saw it like that from the name lol! It's about a stock trader (Will Ferrell) who gets step up by his boss for embezzlement and gets sentenced to 10 years in a high security prison. He asks his valet to help him "get hard" before prison so he can deal with any situation. But the stock market guy is innocent and the valet helps him prove it! It's a good easy to follow comedy

Re: What you watching?
Just watched Amy, the story of Amy Winehouse, a very sad story from a very young and talented lady.
Sad to watch the way people latch on and take total advantage. Yes I know she did the drugs and drank the booze, but when you are 18.... Well come on, but to have strong influences around like the guy she married, who as far as I could see was made out of sponge, as he really road that train, she was smitten and he knew how to keep it running.
The words of every song were all a narration of her life, I never really paid much attention to the back ground of her life before, just enjoyed many of her songs, but I have to say that she was an amazing song writer and singer.
What a shame, well worth a watch.

Re: What you watching?
Do it really is worth watching.
Also been watching this thing I recorded off Al Jazeera, it caught my eye so I record it some time ago and only just watched it. It's called " The girls of the Taliban, all about the schools that are teaching them about Sharia, the Quaran and Islam. While learning these things is all well and good, as we did to a degree when I was at school doing RE, well until I could drop it, but the views were pretty balanced, regarding the very basics to be fair.
But these Madrassas's and Sharia just take it to the next level, if you are brought up this way, you are never going to be able to live side by side in a western society. It won't work. They keep the girl blind to life, illiterate, they are brainwashed, they are going home and telling their own parents they should do this and do that, if you don't stop I will blow you up!!! Ffs! Doing this to your own parents really does not hold out much hope anywhere else does it!
And to top it further they are racist against other Muslims who wear the burqa, they say this is traditional dress, and they should be wearing the Hijab, the one which fully hides everything including the eyes.... Truly eye opening I have watched the News on Al Jazeera a few times recently, very interesting getting the news not been messed with by the Usual sources on the telly.

Re: What you watching?
My daughter goes to dance classes on a Tuesday. She usually gets home about 9 and likes to watch TV and have something to eat.
Her choice of show? Tattoo Fixers
. Not sure if it's good or bad parenting I let her watch it.

Some of the fixes they do are worse than the originals IMO.

Re: What you watching?
Some of the cover ups they did in the last episode were appalling. And most of them seem to do the same thing - here's a skull, here's some flowers, here's a skull with some flower.
