Re: What are you doing today ??
The Wife was a miracle worker last night.. she knew I was having a tough day emotionally and let me sleep through the night by sorting out Baby when he cried. I was exhausted and have been doing most things around the house so she can focus on recovery after he cesarean.
Today.. the Dog goes to the groomer, I get the house back in order and maybe install our new doorbell, before my Dad comes over to meet his Grandson.

Nice to see you're looking out for each other. I know the baby is your focus but you've got to make sure the parents aren't forgotten.

Does the wee nipper have a name yet, or are you just leaving that until you have to sign him up for school....???

Had the turbo replaced on the 4WD. It’s a known issue for the 2018-2020 models. Was whining quite bad when cold and getting worse and worse. Rang the service centre to have it assessed and they said don’t bother and booked it straight in for replacement. Done in a day and they washed my car as well!!

Packing the top box, riding to stow to meet kwacky and Frankie, then on to crossgates to pickup Duke, and into Wales for a weekends riding, eating, and drinking.

Re: What are you doing today ??
I bought a new guitar today..!!!
Entirely spur of the moment, as I've been thinking about buying a Zemaitas for a while, but someone offered me a deal on a brand-new D'Angelico that was just too good to pass up.....I paid about a third of retail......and it's just BEAUTIFUL!!
It plays as good as any Gibson I've ever owned (which are mega-buck$)... including the one I've had for 30-odd years...and it's just a beautifully crafted instrument all-round.....I'm absolutely thrilled to bits with it. What a great day this has turned out to be.

Looks like Forcefield body armour are going to be using some of my work , it's all as part of a sponsorship deal between the Navy race team , me and them so unfortunately I won't earn from it directly . They were the party requesting use of my work so quite chuffed I'm even on their radar . Only arranged today so may be a while before it's seen .

Blocking my Son's piss from going up the wall with my hand.
You know when you think you've got something figured out then realise you absolutely don't... yeah. That!
Still, I've gotten 6 hours or so last night and the night before I still had 10. It's only going back to work on Monday that worries me with sleep

Keep a dry facecloth handy and as soon as the nappy is undone throw it over his willy. Don’t take the old nappy off till you have the new one ready to go and do a hot swap.
That way if he goes it all drops into the old nappy (or the new one if you’re unlucky) and it’s a quick re-wipe of him.
