Re: What are you doing today ??
Yep....both the cost, and the scarcity of certain woods...combined with the market being flooded with cheap Chinese clones of well-known brands....Fender, Gibson, etc., is decimating the instrument business.
....And they've brought it on themselves for the main part, they've priced themselves out of contention. I bought a Fender-clone a little while back, and to all intents & purposes it's every bit as good as it's Japanese/American "genuine article" counterpart.... only it's a fraction of the price.
.... Still can't believe I bought a Fender though - what a traitor.
/Hangs head in shame.

Nowt at all....or at least nothing to write home about.
It's going to be 90F for the next few days, so I guess I'm just going to stay at home & watch TV, play music, etc.
I'm a bit bored, to be honest.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Off to the doc to get a referral for another MRI
Getting a regression in feeling in my arm, and while I’ve been managing it with my rehab exercises, my live in training nurse and my physio have badgered me into getting a follow up scan.
Also getting some building repairs done on my house today and the builder has just set up in my driveway before I had a chance to get my car out, so I might jump on the Thruxton as I’ll be able to sneak that out around him.
Haven’t been on either bike since my ticket.
