The proof will still be in the riding.

I just dont get why they made it look like the old Daytona.

Black swing arm would have looked better

I'd rather have an MV 800 theres not a lot of difference in the price I doubt that there is much in it in HP so it will all be down to handling and looks , the MV wins in the looks dept in my opinion .

Bare metal frame, swing-arm, tail-section, etc. make it look like a trinket.
Union Jack-theme decals could use a vacation for a few years.
It looks like they've tried to fix something that wasn't broken, TBH.

Hopefully it presents better in the flesh, but agree this is rather disappointing. It looks 10 yrs old.

I bet they don't give a shit, it's sold out.

They really need to get me in to do their special edition bikes.

If you want a Daytona 675 with a bigger engine....here it is, fill your boots, if you want want what i was expecting, something very new, style and something to reignite the love of a Full on Triumph sports bike.... Sorry Triumph you missed the mark.

I've always been an MV fan.

Which is while I'm ideal for the job. I've got excellent taste in bikes.

I suspect this is a one off to celebrate the Moto 2 deal. I really can't see a standard road bike if it looks like that. They wouldn't sell many.

It isn't a lot more than my bike with some flash bling bits and a fairing.

it needs better styling and more HP , I reckon the performance won't be too far off the latest R6 which is far cheaper and better looking

I was shocked at the styling, looks exactly like the previous one, but its isn't the styling that people have been after, it's the engine, and Triumph know what they are doing, their chassis is great so that doesn't need to be tampered with. Would of been nicer if they gave the fairing a new look in my opinion. And to be that 130 brake isn't really enough for a 765, I was expecting approx 150-160 brake. I'm a little disappointed. But I still want it!!

I rode the street triple 765RS back to back with my own D675 and there was nothing in the performance between them.

I cant honestly see there being a significant performance difference between the New Daytona 765 Moto LE and an out going 675r.

It doesn’t look any different in the flesh. Just been talking to the head of Triumph PR at Silverstone, and he says this is the last Daytona they will build. It’s a farewell to the Daytona. There will not be a cheaper non Ltd production bike.
