In the big smoke so gone to my favorite restaurant, Goodmans Steak house.
Enjoying a cold beer and just ordered the beef short rib to start and the mixed grill for main. The mixed grill is a 8oz fillet and half a lobster tail with grilled king prawn. I'm going to enjoy this

Ha ha, creatures of habit, I did the same, full hot breakie, toast, eggs, hash browns, fried tomato and beans. It's there on offer every morning in the servery but I restrict myself to Sunday's.

I'm on my own, so I had leftover Nan bread with two fried eggs on top and a side of kippers!

Re: What are you eating ??
Had a nice brunch in a cafe in Warwick earlier. They make their own baked beans and bread which was rather lovely. That should see me through till tomorrow, I'm flipping stuffed. The Mrs and kid have been away all weekend and are back tonight so I don't even have to cook. Winning.

Wasn't really hungry until tonight as I'd O.D'd on Fajitas last night, so Mrs Gee cooked up a roast gammon with all the trimmings tonight - I'm back to stuffed again now. 'Twas very nice though!

Picnic lunch in the park with the kids. The simplest things are often the best, especially as the cafe had minimum 30 mins wait for food.
Then had roast chicken for tea..

Re: What are you eating ??
Mrs Gees home made quiche, cheese, onion, corned beef and tomatoes, sounds improbable but is great.
P.s. I know real men don't eat quiche but what the hell - I don't care.

Fruit only today. I feel a bit bloated so it's water and fruit. My body will thank me later, I'm sure.

Less...
I was putting on 1-2 kg per swing offshore, and I figured it was because I'm sitting down to too many meals a day just because it's there. So I miss the midnight meal and have cereal at 4 ish tea break, and avoid the galley completely at breakfast so I don't get tempted by the eggs and bacon. Except Sundays, gottta have bacon and eggs on sundays!
