I looked into tantric sex but I was put off the instruction video by the size of the bird's bush which was visibly blowing in the outdoor wind

My hand.

I slipped yesterday while rock pooling with my son, took a chunk out of my left hand..

Hoping it's feeling a lot better by Saturday as have been given a day pass to go out on the bike.

No skin on my left shin, claret everywhere, added to which I've now got a swelling on my right forearm the size of a plum. Today was not a good day.....

Totally pissed off with day dreamers who just want to waste my time if you want something buy it if not go back pretending you have the money to buy a bike.

Insect bites. No idea what has bitten me or when I was bitten but I noticed them this afternoon. Very itchy.

Overwhelming tiredness.

Went to bed about 11 last night, but couldn't sleep - just dozed, then about 1am came to very alert with an odd noise, turns out it was someone nicking a tracked excavator, they tracked it all the way to our local supermarket (800yds), then proceeded to rip the ATM out of the wall using said excavator. We live half a mile away and could hear exactly what was going on, the coppers rocked up about 3am and arrested the guy who was still there - it seems not only did he pick a night when the ATM was nearly empty, he also mangled it when he ripped it out of the wall rendering the money useless, unofficial reports I've heard are saying he did all that and still got nowt but arrested for his troubles. By the time the police helicopter had gone it was 3.45am, I had to get up for work at 4. (facepalm)

Am a bit shattered tonight. Zzzzz

Hopefully you'll get through the next day of sleep deprivation without too many issues.. :S

Fwiw the nearest Bank to me was an HSBC in South Cave, and that suffered a similar fate.: The scroates nicked a JCB & used it to remove the ATM (& half the wall of the bank). However they got away with their haul in our case.
Most annoyingly is that HSBC decided that they wouldn't bother re-opening the branch, dam inconvenient of them IMO.

The doctors think I've had an auto immune reaction to the meds or infection I had ,every part of my body feels like its on fire
Back pain started three weeks ago,Friday I couldn't handle the pain anymore so went to a&e they x rayed my pelvis and spine and told me I fractured spine all I've done is lie on back for two months so its mot from trauma

The fracture would have surely been there from before? Also, auto-immune-dysfunctions are pretty bloody sh!t. I had it and everyday it felt like I had the flu. No energy, muscles were killing me just from walking to my car and back - forget multiple journeys up and down the stairs - and when I'd lay in bed at night I couldn't sleep because my legs were throbbing with deep aches that felt as if they were also going through my bones.

If that's caused by an antibiotic that is really not good! Are you able to go private because it sounds like they're beating you up a bit to me :/

As for the pain, the only thing effective for me when I had a bone graft was morphine and codeine.

FYI, I felt myself wanting the codeine even when I wasn't in pain - I've never been addicted to anything but I'm pretty sure I was very close to becoming addicted. Even though I was still needing the painkillers from time to time I stopped taking the codeine because I was genuinely scared of me feeling like I needed it even when I didn't. After that it was just paracetmol and ibuprofen but this was after about 4 weeks.

Naproxen is probably going to help you a lot with reducing inflammation and yes, Tramadol will help you out (lol)

Codeine isn't even touching the sides
I went to the park yesterday with my daughter which is 1/2 a mile away I felt like I had pulled every muscle in my body afterwards
The fracture is fresh its a compound fracture from bone weakness
I get being addicted to meds but sometimes you need pain relief how did you get over it cav ?

Bone weakness caused by lack of movement over recent times or underlying health issues? I would be pressing to get blood tests done of all your vitamins, minerals and ANA ASAP. That will tell them if you need injections or supplements to aid things like fatigue, general aches (not attributed to the fractures, etc) or inflammation.

If you have a positive ANA result you can request a trial of steroids. I had it and felt amazing for about 10 days. 10 days could be enough to help your body recover.

As for the pain, what are you prescribed? I found a mixture of Morphine, Codeine and (I think) Ibuprofen worked well. When I felt I was getting addicted to the codeine I threw the tablets in the bin to make sure I didn't have any and just sucked up the pain. It was towards the end of the pain anyway so wasn't unbearable but I was a grumpy sod
