Lol, you've no reason for that mate.
I'm utterly unremarkable & forgettable, and besides afaik you were entirely unaware of my identity at the time that I briefly interrupted your concentration..

Fire Dept. & Paramedics just leaving the house right now with the house manager (I'm in a sober living house).
Male, 60+ years, several underlying health conditions including diabetes, displaying all the fun Covid-19 symptoms. Collapsed this morning...and to be honest it's lucky I was there to see him do it - pure chance....otherwise he'd probably still be laid out as he doesn't have the strength to raise his voice right now, much less his own body-weight.
Fingers crossed you and the other house mates are not infected mate.

Strange how pubs are open before gyms imo
I can get pi$$ed at home but training is more challenging
Funny. I find training easier, especially now working at home.
I've got a bike, a turbo trainer, and zwift. That with the running is the cardio sorted. I also picked up some weights and as I don't do heavy stuff, mainly body weight which is heavy enough. That does me. Kitted the shed up with mains electric and the gym is sorted.
