I had a massive steak last night. It was so fat I had to treat myself to a fried egg sarnie while it was cooking

Re: What are you eating ??
Define "massive"??? I love a decent ribeye or sirloin, but I just can't stretch to those huge 24oz Porterhouse things...but then again I tend to eat very sparingly and I load up on carbs....protein. Is almost either an afterthought, or something I deliberately go after....fish is the one thing I really go for - not shrimp or prawns, just simple fish...and because I'm a Northerner at heart, yes, it must be battered.Kwacky wrote:I had a massive steak last night. The joys of technology marvel D, you can take a photo and, oh my gosh, post it at a later time, like when you've finished eating maybe.D41 wrote:Really?? Doesn't look like you ate much??
Happiness is not a destination. It is a way of life.

Pissed up last night I decided I wanted kebab meat and chips. I blame the conversation in the fitness thread.

Me and my observer ended up in a little yea room (a licenced coffee shop, think that's the name of it) in Marlborough today so he sampled their flap jacks while I sampled their brownies and oh my gosh it was lush [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH]

Observer for IAM mate. It's for the advanced test, learning a lot, just wish it was a compulsory thing to teach all those idiot drivers a thing or two lol! Married ha! No way Darren! I have a girlfriend who I live with but marriage is not on the cards (for me at least!) Haha!!

Re: What are you eating ??
Been at the bike show all day and the missus has slaved in the kitchen all afternoon to make a nice roast dinner for us coming home but the kids stole the show. Cornflakes chocolate cakes with mini marshmallows. Simply goregeous, I've had 6 already.
I'll be fat, but worth it to support your kids
