They let you in this time then? I guess they weren't as impressed with the slug as a German pocket rocketPerkles wrote:Rode the bmw for a pizza at caffeine and machine

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Thought I would take a little run out to scrub in the new front tyre..... Ended up in Wales, ha ha. What is it about the roads in Wales, they are soo good.
The A40, the further West you go the better it gets. And very little traffic, (In Wales at Least).
That's the longest I have been in the saddle for some time. I hate rain and spray when it gets into your lid !!! I think I was riding to tense in the wet, my arms and neck and feeling it now.

Took it for it's MOT, clean bill of health.
Found some lovely straight and quiet country lanes, perfect for practicing clutch up wheelies

Picked the SUV up.
The type of road conditions for it so I took the opportunity to have a play on some of the local country and farm roads.
I have to admit I've missed riding that bike. It's pretty versatile for an oil tanker

Went and had another look at the V4 Multi.
Talked some numbers so need to decide what to do.
Either order now for potential late June delivery or wait til next year.

No the 748 will be sold. I don't have room for three bikes and I am getting to stiff for sportsbikes.

I have had it for nearly 12 years. It’s been a great experience but my body doesn’t bend enough now to ride it properly.Perkles wrote:thats a shame you have put a lot of effort into that bikeduke63 wrote:No the 748 will be sold.
