Oh I'm fcuking knackered.
20 measly miles & my back is killing. Just can never seem to get the road cycling thing down. Especially the flats.
Need some dirt & some uphill/downhill action for the rests.

Knackered!
Woke up with a hangover for some reason ?!?!
Took the boy to a reptile centre then went for a long walk in the woods. Got back to the van, packed up and drove home.
Tomorrow I start a new contract back up in London, only have to survive 4 days before we are away in the van again...

Relaxing before work tonight.
Got to check out my partners tyre - she was driving down a country road the other day and a van drove round the bend at speed and she had to ditch into the gutter, unfortunately the gutter was a pot hole and she managed to bend her alloy wheel *gah* i dont think she has popped her tyre though jist bent the wheel, going to go to a garage today and see if they do pressure tests on the tyre?

Re: What are you doing today ??
Getting told off by my GP for reading my MRI report before I saw her. But I think she was relieved she didn’t have to tell me herself.
Then had a conference call to work with my Field Manager and the Company Medical Officer. All of us called Paul.. that wasn’t confusing at all
The boss has said they may be able to employ me in the office in Perth while I get this mess all sorted out. Wasn’t keen having me offshore while my mind is elsewhere

At least work is being supportive. That's a big help.
At my place it's "but are you dead though?"

Yep. Makes all the difference in the world knowing you still have something waiting for you. Doesn't make the worry go away, but it definitely takes the edge off it.
