Re: What are you doing today ??
A friend is going hiking today. Now normally I couldn't give a toss about hiking, but this one is intriguing.....
The description is "A moderate hike out to the remains of a Nazi camp".
!!!!!!!
Too late for me to go today, but I'll definitely go next time. This I have to see!!!

Not quite. It’s a BMX training track. The family she shares the house with, their two boys are national level BMX’ers. They rent the acre in front of the house and got approval to build the track. It’s competition quality with a bonded surface.Blade wrote:Has Jess got a MX track in her back garden
The is a MX single track we ride cut through the bush area on the property.

Can’t tell you specifically for those pics but legally I can’t fly above 120m/400ft. And of course I’m a law abiding citizen.D41 wrote:What altitude is that drone flying at??
I may have got confused with metres and feet and one stage but definitely didn’t go above 400. It’s capable of much more.

Over cast day today so perfect detailing day.
Gave my car the full valet, polish and extra gloss wax treatment.
Looks stunning. Just lit the barbecue and opened a beer as a reward for my efforts

Re: What are you doing today ??
Lots today. Been to town changed up euros back to GBP, been to bank, popped to Specsavers and booked an appointment to get my eyes checked as i seem to be getting an issue with one of them and doctors around here are useless so easier to wait a week for an eye appointment and pay for it than wait a month for an emergency appointment at my docs
, been to fill up my car with fuel, acter choosing 3 different pumps with signs 'out of fuel' on them, picked up some lunch, picked up my last suitcase from partners parents place (as they drove to France and we flew so was easier to give them the liquids and extra clothes etc), done the washing, walked the dog a few times, popped over to our friends house to look after her cat and done the cooking and washing up. Been a nice day.

Re: What are you doing today ??
my first outing last Friday as an official TD photographer has been worthwhile , considering the limited numbers at Rockingham I have covered my expenses and made a few quid , off to Brands this weekend with Thundersport and then Cadwell on Tuesday for another TD .

Awesome news Jack. Your sports photography is outstanding and as a fellow biker you know what shots riders like. I’m sure you are going to go well.Jack wrote:my first outing last Friday as an official TD photographer has been worthwhile , considering the limited numbers at Rockingham I have covered my expenses and made a few quid , off to Brands this weekend with Thundersport and then Cadwell on Tuesday for another TD .

Off out for a cuppa tea and a sandwich with Jeremy Corbyn. Anyone want a signed t-shirt?

Tell the bearded prick to step aside and allow someone more moderate and pro-EU to run the labour party.
it's the only way to ensure the Tories don't get in again.
