Instead I had a bath and then went back to bed. A nice 2 hour nap before the gym.

Scrapped todays gym session thanks to a migraine and hopefully it goes before home time so i can go and fit some bits to the GT

Met up with a couple of mates who i havent seen for years! One of them moved to Oz years ago (i have been over a couple of times to see him) but he came back for a funneral so stayed for a couple of days. So we went go karting today on the full track at Absolute Karting. Superb day. I came first
