Re: What are you doing today ??
Sitting I an office in L.A. bored out of my mind. So I watched the arg Motogp online as I have missed all racing so far.
Then I came onto Tankslap to catch up on whats going on as I've not been on in ages.
And in a mo I am gonna go for a drive to a sandwich bar and sit in the sun and eat.

Re: What are you doing today ??
As I’m normally at work atm the ex has had the kids this week. Feels weird to be home but without the kids. Normally doesn’t happen.
So I organised to have each of the kids for one night so we both could have some one on one time with each of them, something that really doesn’t happen post split but I really think is important.
So last night I had Byron, we had a boys night on the Nintendo Switch, his choice of dinner, and three ep’s of the Simpsons before bed (his current fav program) then he got to kip with me in my bed. Casual morning before sending him off to school. His behaviour was impeccable and I think it did us both a load of good.
Tonight get the same with Jorja

Re: What are you doing today ??
Last night saw Michael McIntyre. He was superb, everyone was laughing, and think we all had tears running down our faces because he was so funny. And not bad seats either. Fourth row from the front. Cost enough and was well worth it. Highly recommend seeing him live he is fantastic

Re: What are you doing today ??
Not allowed photos as it was Bruntingthorpe.
A friend who has a ten year old Bentley Continental Gt was invited to the launch of the new GT and Bentayga. We did a bit of offroad in the Bentayga and then took the Bentayga and new GT round the track.
The GTs were pre production models and will be crushed as soon the car is on sale. So sad and such a waste to allow that to happen though i understand their reasoning from a purely selfish point of view.
625bhp and 664 ib-ft of torque means the engine will spin the wheels at 60mph just by flooring the throttle even with the electronics switched on..
Have to confess the lady with me was really good to. She tried to teach me some racing tricks once she saw i was not some numpty with loads of money and no sense and knew even just a little about race tracks and riding fast bikes. Think i fell a little in love

I found the same at Millbrook last week Duke.
Some car drivers thought they were quick but had no idea.
Hope you enjoyed the day buddy. Sounds a great experience.

This morning I'm playing minder for a total fcuking scumbag, making sure he leaves the re-hab he's in without his fellow addicts beating the fcuk out of him for stealing.

Just had a talk from an expert I use on data retrieval from vehicles.
Very interesting stuff.
I'll do a separate post about it later on.
