Re: What are you doing today ??
Was driving south on the m6 toll today.
Northbound carriageway had a marked police car with some one pulled in the hard shoulder.
200 yards later another marked car had someone pulled over.
200 yards later an unmarked BMW police car had some one pulled over.
A further 200 yards later and unmarked Audi police car had some one pulled over.
Unlikely to be speeding as unlikely to have 2 patrol cars and 2 in marked cars operating in the same 1/2 mile of motorway.
Suspect it must have been some organised sting but not hardened criminals as they are unlikely to politely stop for the Police.
Baffled me what it could be???

Set up the old camper trailer to get photos for selling it. Took 4 hours to put it up and pack it down, but that was no floors, minimal pegging and guy ropes. Not going to miss that!
Happiness is not a destination. It is a way of life.

The toll road is like shooting fish in a barrel for catching speeders. Probably just having a day of revenue raising.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Spent an hour sitting on Verona airport runway as the plane missed its take off slot.
Airport was full of soldiers heading to Beirut.
Cyprus currently considered not a safe place to be flying.
I come home to angry clients who have been sent incorrect tax demands for tax they don't owe from two years ago as the new HMRC computer system is making up meaningless numbers.
The world is turning to shit.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Did one of the Waterfall walks in the Brecon Beacons National Park, this started at Cwm Porth and was supposedly 4.1miles long with 4 falls on it. They failed utterly to mention all the extra distance you needed to put in if you wanted to see everything and the 70 metre descent and climb for every waterfall 6.5 miles in all. That said it was a cracking day, and we got some good pics.
Needless to say we’re hitting the protein tonight at the pub restaurant.
