Not sure tbh, as I told the wife to get some fever tree ginger beer and she has come back with FT ginger beer and FT ginger ale.

I could google the difference or try two slightly different cognac cocktails and work it out for myself I'll go with the latter

Hine Rare VSOP with some fever tree ginger ale and some orange zest.

Been to the Hine distillery today. Fabulous tour.

Quite tasty but the citrus over powers any hint of juniper so not much of a traditionalist gin
