These scumbags are just providing more and more ammunition to the anti bike brigade for us to be legislated against more and more heavily.

It's an ongoing problem. I know my hometown Birmingham has a few of them. I saw some the other week as I was riding to drop off my z1000sx at the dealers. I hid out of the way as I didn't want my bike nicked.

Other than for farmers to travel between their land areas via public road I don't see any need for quads to be allowed on the road. You just can't do it here. Landowners get a restricted registration for specific use only.
Not that banning them would stop this lot I'd imagine. What a bunch of tools. It really seems policing has lost its edge in the U.K. when a mob like this feels they have immunity to carry on like this.

Give it a few years of further decline, add a touch of global recession & disillusionment, and we'll probably be about there by the mid 20's.
