I'm really impressed with it so far. I've not worn a watch in years and I'm now wearing it most of the time as it does the basics of a smart watch and the battery life is amazing. It's been turned on now for 2 days and have done an hour run with GPS and HRM connected, also bluetooth is on permanently and the battery has barely moved from full. The screen is easy to read and you can pack a load of information into the screen when running, I'm going to use it now to work on my cadence technique, apparently I can improve and become a bit more effecient when running.kiwikrasher wrote:Looks like a good bit of kit. That Garmin would have suited my needs much better.D6Nutz wrote:Garmin forerunner 230, upgraded form the 305.

Have you used the V02 Max function? That looks pretty trick. When I do run I almost always push too hard too soon.D6Nutz wrote:I'm really impressed with it so far. Re: Mr Postman
Oxford Tank Bag and Oxford Tail back pack.
Both great pieces of kit. Can't believe I got them so cheap. The tail pack has back straps so you can use it like a rucksack. Should be handy for the Isle of Man.
I'll have a go at fitting them one of the evenings

Foam roller and hard massage ball.
Bloke at work is a yoga instructor and got me using one last swing, made great gains in sorting my hamstring and archilles issue out. Of all things I need to stretch the soles of my feet.

Acostafil (or what ever the hell its called) packing for the RSV cans.
They where more than a little loud list time out so a repack is in order before I torture Duke and kwacky with the noise.

Wrenchracer NSR500 conrod bottle opener.
Well not exactly from an NSR500 but the design and sizing is as per a genuine one and its apparently where the idea came from.
