Seen it all now. A Labrador sized dog stood in the footwell of a scooter as the owner ride through town. Going too fast for me to get a photo.

Took it out.
The missus said to me yesterday "do you want to go out on your bike tomorrow?".
Now I know if the missus is suggesting I go out on the bike it's been a while, and it has. It's been weeks since I've had a play.
So here I am. Out on the open road.
Well, sat in tesco in Newtown having just refuelled after 102 miles of fun. Eating a ham and cheese baguette that's been nuked to within an inch of it's life!
But still, I'm out. Biking. Not thrashing it, just chilling. Watching the world go by, taking in the beautiful Welsh scenery, using the Sat-Nav only to keep me going in the vaguely right direction.
I literally don't have a care in the world right now.
This biking lark is just what I needed!

Not me, but it seems every man, woman and spotty teen are out riding past about 600yds from where we are this weekend, I think I've heard just about every make and model of bike I can recognise, and apparently it's very boring if I mention which engine configuration each one is. Oops.

Fitted the CNC sidestand foot that Kingfixer and Duke recommended. It's a ton more stable now.
Cheers guys

Got the biked booked in to a place local to work for the chain and sprockets to be replaced. I'm booked in at lunchtime so hopefully it won't take too long.

Rode it!
Sunny 25 deg C winters day, so it was thermal liners out, top box off and and Sport mode selected.
Forgot how much poke these things have got and those Brembos are awesome.
Better get home now before the kids get back from school!

I think he has taken the thermal liners out as in removed them from a jacket. Not taken them out of the cupboard to put on.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Good luck finding your way around the circuit Kingfixer, I got lost when I was there - overtaking 6 people around the outside of one corner using the corner entry curb and I still had about 7 miles of circuit before the exit curb to use. Vast was a word created to describe Silverstone

Spanked it. Had a short race with an M3, which was fooking fast. Then had a play with an MT09.
