Anybody used a set of r3s ?
Do you mean the racetec K3's?
Thats whats on my ZX10R and I reckon they are awesome. Confidence straight away on warmers, knee down first corner.
yes kiwi I heard they are ultimate for grip but last about 900 miles
.I dont use warmers so need something thats going to warm up quickly naturally

They can't be any worse than what you've got
They're recommended for the zx10r. Look like a sports road tyre to me.

Probably a better tyre for the roads than the SC. Don't think they're going to be as sporty as the SC or the Racetecs.

Are your BT016s shot? Surely they'll do for a 20 minute wobble behind an instructor?

I can only get into adison this friday before mallory on the 26th im not bothered about this weekend,bt016s dont seem to be wearing they must be a hard tyre. They certainly dont give any feedback at all and I dont think I want to trust them ragging around mallory for the day

If it were me I would go for the rosso corsa's or m7rr over the rosso 3's
Blade use's the rosso cora's on the zx10r and they look a good tyre
"80mph" sorry officer I possibly could not have done that I'm no Valentino Rossi.

If you go for the M7RR you get £30 cash back from Metzeler.
