Gave the SX a bit of a work out on the way home.
Swapped the bikes over as I need to get the rear on the zx6r scubbed in and get the rear shock link swapped over.

another OEM one. It's been taken off a road bike coverted for the track, so it's almost new.

Looks like I chose the wrong day to swap the SX for the zx6r. Horrible weather out there.

I took advantage of the dry roads so headed home on the country roads to scrub in the new rear. Nice ride apart from the unexpected stop

A more sedate and slightly paranoid ride into work this morning.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
The 999 is being recorded this afternoon for a video game, some guy requested a few Ducati's he needed on the Ducati forum so I obliged. Turned out it was the same bloke who recorded my RSV4 a few years ago. When I meet him later he may tell me which game it is for.
I also get a free dyno out of it while it gets recorded.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Well it's apparently a game called 'ride' ? It's a PC game and it's a Ducati only game or part of it is Ducati only !! He is recording several bikes of different sizes etc . The bike before me was 1098r race bike which he said was incredibly loud..
Got a dyno out of it which shows the fuelling is crap so I'll get that done after Almeria ! I don't have time to do it before
