Okay now I feel like a dick but both the T675 and ZX6R are 4 strokes... it's just the 675 has 3 cylinders whereas the ZX has 4 cylinders.

You're more than quick enough on the 675 and you seem to like it so that makes sense to get another.

Rang JHP to ask what to do about my faulty fuel gauge. They said they will put the warranty claim through without seeing the bike and will let me know when the part is in.

Sounds like they know it's a known issue Duke. Good service though and hopefully will be a permanent fix.

Rode over to JHP this morning as they were launching the XDiavel.
Damp ride there and back but i was warm and dry so quite enjoyed it TBH.
Free coffee and cake and pizza if you wanted it.
The bike is nothing like my expectations and will have to get a test ride just to sample that engine with all that torque. Lucky dealer sales staff are being taken to Cannes in two weeks to test ride it.

removed the rear wheel on the zx6r and got a new M7rr on it.
Putting a rear back on can be a pain in the arris when you're not in the mood.

I've not got one back in yet without a lot of swearing!Kwacky wrote:removed the rear wheel on the zx6r and got a new M7rr on it.

Have you thought about captive spacers? I believe they are supposed to make things easier?

Andy, I've now got captive spacers in and they really do make a lot of difference.

Took the multi out for a spin to Tetbury, it was a bit better than I thought on the way there.

Rode it! Warm and dry, such a shame I had to ride it to work.

Fitting a quickshifter to the Ten.
Wish me luck it's always a 50/50 chance of success when a colour blind mechy is let loss with the wiring
