If its not her name on the v5 can she even sell it ? I know it's the registered keeper and not nessecarily the owner on the v5 but sounds dodgy and hubbie won't be happy when he gets home to say the least.

Tbh I wouldn't buy it but not for fear of breaking the man code.
If this guy has cheated on his wife he has broke code No.1 imo and deserves no repsect in return.
