Bust day Tricky but I'm sure it will be worth it.
I had an easy day in comparsion. Fitted a new rear tyre, cleaned and aligned the chain.

Had a brilliant blast with the IAM group. It was a training and social run. I was assessed for the first part which the observer said I was refreshing to watch but I seemed to scare him a tad from my positioning on the road where no road markings where! I followed up with the argument of I was positioned there to gain best view and to however when I realised they were tighter bends I would dip in. But all in all he said it was a good ride. I then took the rest of the ride as social and it was fab.
Got up behind the run leader (a national observer) and Jesus Christ he made the road look effortless. Veery enjoyable to watch, you could literally see him vanishing into the distance!! Haha!!

Fitted the standard exhaust back on ready for noise testing. I may or may not have then rode all the way out into Wales before I realised I had forgotten to refit my number plate. Strange how enjoyable the ride back was!

Cleaned the Multi when I got back from my little blast out yesterday, then bought some chain lube as the chain on the track bike looked like it needed it. Sorted that out and gave it a once over, started it and let it tick over till the fans kicked in. Everything was fine so it's ready for Jerez

Washed the bike yesterday. Took hours but was a good result afterwards. I also cleaned down the chain, found a massive build up of chain wax near the front sprocket, can't get it out without stripping bits off. So have cleaned where I can and relubed the chain.

On Sunday I cleaned my 1 piece fully, although it wasn't all that bad bar a flew flies I was surprised at how misleading it look. After cleaning the leathers my microfiber cloth was grey (should of been pink!!) I then also put some restorer/ waterproofer on it as well. Makes it feel so soft now and looks like brand new.

My dad has that Oxford jacket but in the hi vis colour. Pretty smart looking jacket with decent vents. He has yet to use it in the rain but says it's warm enough. He commutes to work in it early doors.
