Weighed myself every morning. No change in weight. Until Friday morning when i had lost 4lb.
It finished yesterday and was a very worthwhile exercise. It has to be said i have felt better for not eating so much and it does make me appreciate what i do eat so much more.
This is a better article and includes the meals we pretty much followed ( bar the almond milk lunch day). The science and health benefits are very interesting too.

Duke 4lb is a pretty good weight loss for a week. Not to shabby clearly does work. Will you now carry on having a diet or go back to normal eating habits?

Its a 5 day fast. Back to normal now but will certainly reduce some of the stuff i was eating.
