I have been thinking of getting one myself and tbh the OEM ones are more like £230 which is mental so was thinking of £30 for a Chinese one.
There just a piece of plastic at the end of the day. Its not a brake disc or rear set etc...where quality material and precise machined tolerances are required.
At £30 the copy is probably the best option IMO. I'm not sure of Nutz got his fairings from Neverland (second eBay link above) and he seems happy.
Kawasaki pricing seems mental IMO. Some items are very reasonable others are very expensive. As you can guess the ones you NEED are the expensive ones.

Calsport did me a hard anodised afam rear sprocket and steel front sprocket for £43 delivered. -1 on the front (16) and +1 on the rear (40).
Jonny Mack kindly just posted me a write up on his long termer ,his review is far better than mine but im not a journalist
It seems the rear shock as you know is by far the weakest link, when I rode it yesterday there was no feedback from the shock so maybe that was a bad thing and what people go on about

my mate races superstocks on a zx10r he told me to speak to k-tech before shelling out for a ttx.Although an active ttx would be the cream of the crop
he also told me the steering damper needs re valving but i think he meant on the earlier models
That was my thought and I budgeted for it when I bought it. The bike is 16 months old and has stood me £10000 all in with all the mods ive done which is at least £5000 cheaper than a comparable specified bike new so I was happy to indulge in the ohlins and stay within a 10k budget. A lot of bike for the money these days IMO.
