How fast??
Journalists have been testing the Kwak H2 and H2R today.
Fastest speed of the day on track?

Flipping heck!

That's a football field per second. That's fair moving!

Re: How fast??
Good mag this month you read the 1299 and R1 reviews ? I have to test ride these two this summer.Perkles wrote:Fast bikes said today it changes everything about sports bikes
I honestly can't remember a year so good for superbikes. There have been years with one great bike that leaps in front of the opposition but the new 1299, R1 and sthou all in one year is a classic IMO.

Feck me, don't think I ever got my bike over 155 on the straight at Silverstone or Snet, two of the fastest tracks in the UK and that's coming past at motorway speeds!C00kiemonster wrote:Journalists have been testing the Kwak H2 and H2R today.

Re: How fast??
It would seem that the speed in question was not done yesterday and not by a journalist.
Mighty impressive still, as long as it wasn't on a dyno.

Re: How fast??
We got through a set of Bridgestone slicks every session on the H2 R. That’s what happens when you release 320bhp at the exit of every corner
Shit. That's an expensive trackday.
I see from that link that I was right about Kwak using this as an engineering exercise. I suspect we'll start to see parts from the H2 appear on their other bikes.
A supercharged zx6r would be something special.
