Not too sure if my electrical problems have gone
Clocks sweep, fuel pump primes all as they should but the infamous 188 on the dash stays on for about 10 seconds longer than it did
She fires up fine on the first press no problem and I've only trickle charged it once since the Reg/Rec replacement ..... but I still have a niggling doubt that its all good.
I know these figures have been posted up before and I have had a quick look but what numbers should I be seeing with the Multimeter and what do I check ??
I just want to be sure its good

I'd take the stator cover off and have a look at the stator windings, also check the stator plug condition.
I was quite surprised to find my replacement stator on the way out after 12 months and very little mileage.

Re: Not too sure if my electrical problems have gone
I'd check it at the battery, but make sure the multimeter is on, set to volts and the test leads are in the right holes for volts/ohms if there are different options.
With the ignition off and the bike not running for about an hour put the +ve (positive/red) test probe on the positive battery terminal and the neg/black test probe on the earth/neg terminal. You should have approx 12.4 ~ 13volts on the multimeter. Less than 12.4v is unusual but if it's below 12v the battery is either undercharged or knackered.
To check the charging, repeat the process with the engine running, you should see approx 13 ~14v at tickover and 14 ~ 15v at approx 6-8k rpm. If you get less or more you may have an issue with the charging.
This is a rough guide as I don't have exact figures from Triumph, but iirc the 675 has a very similar set up, and this is good for most bikes. Hth.
