My son has got one. He uses it a lot, his body takes a battering from boxing so it's useful to nip and issues in the bud.

They are good, my PT tortures me regularly with one.
He also uses something like this, not exactly comfortable and leaves a nice bruise, but really does relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders.

Bloody Hell Kk, that's a bummer.
I guess that, in your case, the travel environment commuting adds a sizeable risk of contracting Cv19.

Re: What ails you today?
Not quite as horrendous as the first time but still 4 days in with massive unrelenting headaches, sinus congestion, body aches. Hot and cold flushes at night, just not having fever sweats this time.
My daughter has tested positive this morning as well so couch day for us both.

Side effects of over excursion.
I've been light headed, had difficulty focusing, hot and cold sweats, including feeling so cold I was shaking and my teeth were chattering.
I'm going to blame a combination of tiredness, dehydration, and blood sugars being all over the place.
I'm finally now starting to feel better, only tired now.

Reads very much like low blood sugar levels but also the exact COVID symptoms we all had.D6Nutz wrote: ↑23 May 2024, 20:41 Side effects of over excursion.

Re: What ails you today?
Having woken up this morning with a banging headache, sore throat, stuffy nose, and a painfully lump on my neck... I think I may have COVID as well.kiwikrasher wrote:Reads very much like low blood sugar levels but also the exact COVID symptoms we all had.D6Nutz wrote: ↑23 May 2024, 20:41 Side effects of over excursion.

My body feels a lot better than it did yesterday, muscles have stopped aching and my stomach feels normal again. But I still feel like death warmed up, just a different kind of death.

Re: What ails you today?
Well, I slept my way through most of yesterday and then a solid 7 hours overnight.
I had a banging headache, sore throat, and generally felt shit when I went to sleep. I woke up feeling exactly the same. I've already fallen asleep twice this morning, so looks like today is another write off.

Re: What ails you today?
Saw the Dr yesterday. Most likely COVID, but not bothering to test, combined with multiple infections in different parts of my body.
Antibiotics now being taken and I have the day off sick.

It's all coming thick and fast now.
For the next 24 hours I'm plugged into a portable ECG.
