Undercover MOT Inspector

Going round garages and bike shops round Brum with cars and bikes that should fail an MOT. Vehicle gets passed and then he stings them. A bike shop in SE Brum got done a couple of weeks ago according to my uncle.

We don't have MOTs on motorcycles in France and there are not thousands of biking deaths due to dangerous bikes. We don't have road tax on them either.
Come to think of it we don't have annual technical inspections on microlights either, nor checks on our flying licences.
