Re: What's Your Mileage
Make that a 2011 blade Steve.
There's plenty of 2011 bikes with less than 5k on them... And they are priced to sell.
Mine gets serviced every 2,500 miles without fail, new oil, brake fluid, filter cleaned and it's already had 4 fork oil changes! I'm anal about servicing, but still won't be worth much.

Re: What's Your Mileage
My 675 has done over 29,500 miles.
Obviously being a Triumph she's barely run in at that.
Presumably my sedate & cautious riding style may help.?

Re: What's Your Mileage
The ZX7r has 35k on it. Do I win?
Not thrown my leg over a bike on two years, so this year, I've done a grand total of no miles.
I re-read some of my posts, and can only conclude that I'm a bit odd.

I'm a bit late to the party on this one.
Just under 5000 miles in a little under 2 years.
Hmm, that sounds pathetic! Must try harder!

I love the B1, what colour is it ? I had a green one but the Blue was also very nice.rocket wrote:53 plate zx6 8000 miles on it owned it since 04 -05 ish and thats with the speedo reading to much as the gearing is out
I would hang on to that Rocket they are becoming a classic so will only appreciate in value IMO.
I wish I hadn't sold mine but I just didn't have the space for 3 bikes regrettably

Black but no road fairing. When I was at ap I was talking to a lad about selling it as he wanted a stunt bike. Then griff jumped in and basically said don't it will become a classic he said there was a article all about them in performance bikes. Just a shame I let all the road fairings go and parts seem to be harder to greg at the moment.Blade wrote:I love the B1, what colour is it ? Tell my missus I have been trying to do such for years but its always either the right house in the wrong area or vice versaGodzilla wrote:Buy a house with a double garageBlade wrote:I love the B1, what colour is it ? I remember looking at a house that had a nice detached double garage at the front of the property with land to the side. It had already sold but I remember saying to the sales lady it was ideal and I could extend the double garage to a triple. She seemed confused why I would want a triple garage my reply was it's obvious there's not enough room for a quad garage

Re: What's Your Mileage
Yeah got this months pb with the article. Tbh quite a few mags have run a review on it over recent times and all praise it highly and talk of classic status.rocket wrote:Black but no road fairing.
