Re: Marquez - the Messi of motorsport
thanks for sharing that, I enjoyed reading it, I really do think he is something VERY VERY special, and it will be an honour to tell people in years to come that we got to see him at the beginning of his career and watch his reign begin. Also he will go down as the greatest of all time in my opinion, he is that good and will just continue to break records for years to come assuming he stays injury free and keeps the passion for the sport

Great read.. he truly is phenomenal and I watch his slow-mo footage to try and pick up how I can improve - I very quickly remember he isn't human

I wonder what his IQ is? It's got to be pretty high. He doesn't seem to forget much and his processing speed must be phenomenal.

Amazing how one person can up the ante and the average level very quickly. Only Dovi and Lorenzo seem able to compete.
With Lorenzo’s ability to collapse in the face of competition, next year will see Jorge either soar to a new level or become a shadow of his former self.

I still stick by it that his greatest attribute is his simple love of riding, tis clear he just loves being on a bike which is more than can be said about some of the others in that paddock, people like Iannone who seem to love the lifestyle more than the day job.

Re: Marquez - the Messi of motorsport
Lorenzo is either going to flop or bring contention to the title against Marquez.. there won't be an in between.
As for the bike, I can't make up my mind which way I see that going for him. Is an agile/unstable bike going to suit him and will he be able to tame it for himself? I think it suits him more than the Ducati but it's no planted Yamaha
