Came home sick last night. Something gave me an upset belly. I hate saying im ill but i suppose first time in a few years isnt too bad (even though last time i was off was due to a bad back and not actually sick at all) feeling a lot better now my belly just feels tender!

Been for a blast on the bike but turned it round and came home early.
Not feeling it and concentration levels poor so best to call it a day.

Been to see the doctor. Been suffering with tiredness and headaches for a few weeks now.
Turns out my blood pressure is through the roof... Reading in the surgery was 190/108 and the highest reading I've ever had.
Got to book a blood test and ECG trace and monitor my bp over a couple of weeks to see how it averages out.

Great day today. Bit of pottering this morning, then my brother messaged. Went round to his for a impromptu BBQ with family and his NCT group.
Probably sounds like hell to some, but a chance for our kids to play while we have a drink or two and a chat with other adults is great.

Just back from dropping our youngest off after only 3 days here as she's a busy girl. Always sad, but we had a great few days together catching up, sunshine, swimming and eating.
Precious moments indeed and great to see her, but hard to say goodbye each time.
