Good news about the recovery. Cocoa butter is good for healing scars.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Being a dumbarse and forgetting a vital piece of paperwork so the KTM didn't follow me home, on the plus side I got out on it for a bit and love the thing, at one point I was at about 80 (KPH Officer) in 4th and wondered how much pull it had at full power... Enough to lift the front and get an electronic wag of the finger from the flashing traction control light.
But I found it wouldn't start in gear or cancel the cruise by a flick of the clutch lever so they are quite happy that I can't pick it up until Wednesday, gives them chance to fit a new clutch switch and a sat-nav holder.
The Austin Racing can is the size of a coffee mug so even with the cat fitted it is awesome

You'll have to do a new bike thread when you pick it up. A comparison between the two bikes would be good.

GT...

Comes with panniers too which did limit my filtering in Birmingham's Friday traffic
They had a SDR in with the same can and no cat... I bet that was ear splitting.

Cleaned one of the guinea pig hutches.
Took both kids to a trampoline park. Fook me, an hour bouncing on trampolines is knackering. But watching women bouncing is... ERM.... Uplifting..
Back home for an afternoon's gardening.
Now, back out to wash the bike after yesterdays bug splat fest..

Mowed the lawns and gave the house it’s ‘going to work’ manic clean.
Dropped the kids to the ex. That was alot harder than usual, i’ve had them for three months straight bar one week during my surgery recovery and a few weekends. They’ve infuriated me at times but I’m going to miss the little buggers

Re: What are you doing today ??
Had a nice ride to Hayling Island with my dad then went over to a lovely ladies house to collect a pieve of furniture as its slightly bigger and has lights in it. Its taken 4 years to go from cheapy bits and pieves to more pricier furniture, still have a couple of cheap bits but it takes time!

Re: What are you doing today ??
Playing around with an old mountain bike....I’ve had this thing since ‘95 & it’s still a great bike. Oddly enough its a bit heavier than it used to be, doesn’t go up hills quite as well as it used to, and seems to run out of steam quicker than I remember. Strange....??
